I like what you have done already. The furniture is lovely and the bears are darling. For functionality, I would definitely add a comfortable chair for you to sit in. For decor, I would continue with your woodland theme and touches of navy -- you are definitely on the right track. There is so much you can do with the walls -- big wall art, shelves with books and little pieces, photo/art college, mirrors, etc. Here are some ideas:

Bit late to reply. This is our second baby (the other one is 1.5 years old), so we have been a bit late to decorate the room. Thus, he is now 7 months old. So, we are set on how we change him or were my wife nurses him. Dont know if that helps or changes recommendations already posted.
