My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Where is the floor tile from? What brand? Was it easy to install?

    It's called Electra Grande. We purchased it from Stone Source. It's a little tricky to install due to the pattern configuration. We used black grout with white tile-- so make sure you have a good installer who knows how to do this well.
