For example, are we completely demoing the existing bathroom or is this a new construction and we are building the bathroom from the ground up, so to speak?

However, based on the image you have presented, I can guestimate that a bathroom like the image you are showing me might cost in the neighborhood of $25,000-50,000. It's all contingent on size of bathroom, finishes, i.e., tile selection and amount of coverage in bathroom, tub, cabinetry (Custom or pre fab), in addition to accoutrements such as Faucets, Sinks, Tub Faucet and Shower Faucet, in addition to all the underlying aspects of construction including Wall work, plumbing, electrical, and any potential new construction within the process.

As I put some more thought into the design and production of this bathroom, I think this bathroom could actually be done in the range of $20-40K instead. Again, it's predicated on the finishes, size of bathroom, etc. as mentioned in the previous email. We can work with you on time and materials as you specify in your original question.
