Hope this helps. Medium he describes as 14-18” and I believe he means wide.

Here's a photo I took tonight: though I forgot to add something for sense of scale! How about a foot, though? ;) Women's shoe size 8.

To me this does not look like the photos found online of Royal Charm, though: described as having Heart-shaped yellowish-green leaves, a sport of 'Royal Tiara'.

On a FB hosta group I was told incidentally that Royal Charm is the same as Gold Edger.
