My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It really is not blue but a dark grey so if you are looking for blue this would not work for you. Sometimes these colors can look different online. SW 6256 from sherwin williams

    We love this room - NO ugly TV a room for conversation, reading, etc,

    Our Brooklyn Heights Brownstone living room had been a challenge in the end we created two seating areas one in the front parlor around the fireplace and the other in the middle what had been a dinning room we had no use for a dinning room here.

    Our garden level has a kitchen, dinning area/room, family room with TV, office, and access to the garden.

    Brownstone living has its challenges that include NO 2 car garage NO swimming pool, etc..

    Y'all did a beautiful job!
