DG is right they truly are a very easy to propagate plant. Almost two easy. The tubers are good eating too. My kids can't even tell that they are not potatoes. I'm like them fried in butter.

You should add some details like that at the end of your tutorials to make it more personal. People like to know how they can be used.

DG, I am planning a harvest and use video. I am hoping to put that in there. Still haven't gotten all the kinks out of the video making progress but it's getting there.

Writersblock, I will get the harvest and use video up this winter after harvest. Last year I harvest about 3 pounds and was slipping them in to all kinds of stuff. You basically use like potato and they taste so close that if you don't tell someone they think they are.
