Lime tree struggling

Hi everyone,

I have a lime tree that really seems to be struggling. I posted some pictures of it below. It was doing really well in spring and early summer, but I went on a two week vacation in early July and had family take care of it and it has been looking like this ever since. It dropped all of the limes too by the time I got back from vacation.

I put it in some 5-1-1 about two weeks ago and fertilized it with Jobe's Citrus granular fertilizer a week ago. It hasn't really changed much in the last few weeks. I'm not sure what the spots are on the leaves either. I would appreciate and thoughts on what I should do to bring this lime tree back.

If it is a nitrogen issues, I have the Jobe's as I mentioned, Osmocote Plus (15-9-12), and MaxiGro Plant Food (10-5-14) on hand.

thanks!
