I'd stop misting them. Remember, they're succulents, so they hold water in reserve in their leaves; usually enough to get them started. The trick is to leave them alone & be patient (sorry). A few weeks is nothing in plant time.

Can't tell abt your leaves, no harm in trying further, but turn them right side up (butt end down).

Here's pic of some leaves I tossed aside a month or 2 ago. The tiny new leaves just appeared this week.

The contact point that had been attached to the stem (petiole?) should be down in the mix, sometimes it helps to stand the leaf up again the edge of the pot as shown above here.

Try making slightly different adjustments & over time you'll learn what works in your conditions.

did you take fresh leaves... or just some that fell off ... perhaps because the were old or previously damaged ...???

shouldnt the part where it was attached to the plant.. be face down on/in the soil .. at least touching the media???

never stop trying... and dont kill things with too much love ... thats usually the hardest part .. lol ...

In most cases, I'm often the 1st to say throw it out, but here, not necessarily, I think that 1st leaf MAY still have a breath or 2 of life in it. No harm in her trying & as a newcomer, she could learn, for it, so why discourage her?

I too wouldn't waste my time with those leaves, but that's after trying with them, or having them try themselves, lots of times. A CBA (cost benefit analysis) would suggest chucking them, too.
