We are just finishing a pool build and chose the Wet Edge Signature Matrix (their pebble line) in coastal blue. Plaster/pebble went in and was acid washed 5 days ago, pool has been filled/chemicals added for about 3 days now. We have been brushing 2-3x/day and have a brush vacuum head we are using.

The interior of the pool is incredibly splotchy/uneven. Anyone know if this is normal at this point, or was the plaster/pebble/acid wash process not done right? Does this unevenness go away with brushing?

The only reason we upgraded to the pebble product was because we were concerned about possible inconsistencies in finish with the quartz and our PB told us that the pebble is completely uniform, resistant to staining - the way it looks currently is DEFINITELY not in line with a uniform product. Our PB says the product takes months to cure and leaves it at that. We have the plaster install contractor coming on Monday to look at it.
