I have a couple of questions for you, without which we may not be able to guess the answer:

Where are you? State, nearest big city, zone, if you know it.

Is the vine growing in sun or shade?

How big is the flower? (As big as a quarter? A dime?)

How big is the fruit?

Is it climbing into the trees or bushes, or is it along the ground?

Without any further information it sounds like a Passiflora. Perhaps Passiflora incarnata. But lisanti is right. For ids we need more details.

I'm in zone 8a in NC. It grows in full sun and the size of the flower is about silver dollar. It's growing on the ground and the fruit is the size of an egg. I now have a pic I can post that should help greatly. Thanks for the help.

Yes, passiflora. It is a native plant that can be somewhat aggressive in a home garden (all that rich soil!), but is quite happy else where. Plus, it is cool.
