My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Yes, they do, but why would you want one? Don't believe all the luddites who say "they're unreliable" or "they're super expensive to replace". They are far more efficient, are very reliable, and aren't that much more expensive to replace (most motor replacement costs are labor).
My parents and I both had ECM blower motors go bad on Lennox systems. Mine was during warranty (cost would have been expen$ive), theirs wasn't (cost was expen$ive).
Understand there is a difference including cost of the var speed ECMs blower motors and the single speed ECMs that have effectively replaced the PSC AC motors.
