What is the concern about coloring treatment other than those two wings being different colors?

While I think the two colors on the outside are strange I loved that there was very little of the gray that so many people are currently using. Personal but having a bit of SAD every winter gray/grey tinted everything would only make things worse.

Coloring shows up more in other photos, I think. Looks artificial.

It is very yellow looking. Not attractive. Detracts from the listing, in my perspective.

I think you‘re referring to the photo filter used?

I call it “that vivid color enhancement thing”, although I’m sure thats not the technically correct term.

I see a very definite yellow cast in the wood of the floors and ceilings and the same is carried through on the rock fireplace. That, coupled with the type of lighting used seems to be giving the overall cast of yellow.

It's a beautiful house but I'd have to see it in person to see how true that yellow is.

Beautiful house, but yes - the photo filtering, editing (whatever it is) does it absolutely no favors.

It looks HDR or just a vibrant/vivid filter.

That house is stunning! (but yea some of the photos are weird -- especially the first couple outdoor shots -- looks like the plants are drawn onto the photo to me)

BEAUTIFUL bones! Some of the staging is odd...the "in ground pool" pics are not helping this sale. The filter makes one have to see in person maybe? They say the toughest part of a decision to buy is made at the curb--go in or not....

Love the home overall, but too many vessel sinks--GAH! I really don't like them, but if I had a million+ to buy it I guess I could rip them out, too.

An MCM on a wooded lot would be my dream.

I don't think they are HDR.. they would have much richer depth. I think someone who has very poor photo editing skills mucked up the photos. I suspect they were trying to make the textures stand out-- and maybe also trying to sharpen to make up for quite a bit that was out of focus. They're overly brightened and overly contrasted.

Still, it's an interesting house with a lot of nice features (and some questionable ones IMO).

Yes the photo editing isn't a plus. It is a cool house though it seems like they they painted wood work and bricks white which isn't my cup o' tea. I could also do without the vessel sinks.

I have been wondering when real estate photos will catch up to what we are seeing on Instagram with natural light photography.

The house is so stunning, the color of the photos doesn't detract from at all, IMO.

It would be interesting to see what the real colours are. Too many rooms with one wall yellow, the others white (or whatever.)

Hard to believe I was a photojournalist in the '70s. Mostly black and white. And what you shot was what they ran with. And all you had to work with was filters, fstop and shutter speed.

But this is a timely reminder to have good photos taken for our next sale. And definitely before (or after) life's daily detritus clutters up the scene.

I wonder if the filter is causing the grain of the oak floors to look SO dramatic? Bc I love (and have) oak floors...but those are giving me vertigo.

I find all the shots of the asphalt driveway off putting, seems it should be downplayed in photos.
