Picture 1 is okay. I only see some minor consistency problems with spacing. In pictures 2 & 3 the tiles aren't lined up evenly at all.

Is it the tile quality that is the issue? Photos 2 and 3 are not the same tiles as photo 1; please clarify.

Pics 2 and 3 have no context they actually look like they are not even installed and #1 the shower niche placement should have been changed BTW I hate shower niches so I never use them in my designs

How is the niche being finished? The current tiles around the niche are not aligned.

It doesn't appear to be grouted yet - things tend to look wrong before its grouted - I don't really see anything wrong - did you try taking a few spacers and put them in the around the tiles to see if the spaces are the same? The niche position could have been calculated better.

What color grout are you going to use?

As for the other tile pictures - what are they from ? If they came out of the box like that, then the installer should be sorting through and hopefully you ordered enough waste to handle what needs to be tossed.

Thanks for the input. The tile around the niche was redone. Picture‘s 2 and 3 are a different tile that was used around the shower base.
