R-Value and Subfloors

I am undecided between going with the DMX Air flow with an R Value of 1.2 versus Barricade Air Plus with an R Value of 1.7. Is the .5 difference going to make a noticeable impact on the temperature of my floor?

I am installing a floating cork floor on it and the subfloor is going directly on the cement.
