Bummer. Hope the problem was caught before you had serious interior damage.

Letting the pros know what specific section(s) you're planning to remove might be helpful.

Not a pro but a few questions:

Did you have the work done?

Was it done locally -- could you contact the business that provided the stone and/or put the stone on the house and ask it to stand behind its work and remove and replace the problem parts?

Was there no warranty ?

We are removing all the stone accents and having them redone somehow. How is the question.
We are not original owners. Warranty is already out.
