You'd just need to do some measuring of your furniture (think mattresses, bed frames, large dressers). Especially for large dressers and wider pieces of furniture, you'll need enough clearance to either make a diagonal straight shot from the living area directly into the master bedroom, or a large enough hallway to be able to make the 90 degree turns to get a long dresser or headboard/bed rail in.

It depends on how the rooms will be configured and furnished but you didn't show the rooms.

Its a big mistake to design a house in little pieces.
