My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Trying to sell our 102 year old home and thinking of replacing this entry light for a better first impression. Hoping not to spend a lot of money.
Any ideas?

    a simple bell jar would fit the needs, this one is from home depo, probably wont find it much cheaper than that.
