I just picked up 2 new JM’s

I just picked up a fairy hair and a really nice kito no ito to add to the collection. I couldn’t resist as both of these were the first time I’ve seen either at any nursery in my area.

Good luck with the Fairy Hair. I have tried that one several times but it has never thrived and eventually just faded away. I'm not sure there is ever enough foliage on this selection to efficiently photosynthesize.......... :-)

I picked it up for $19 and the nursery had it for 5 years so I can’t pass on a deal. Wish me lots of luck

I have a Koto No Ito as well. My brother got it for me from some discount store for $5. He wasn't sure if it would live, and knew it was going to die if no one bought it. It's chugging away in Gritty mix. Just keep an eye on watering, those thin lobes don't take much to scortch or dry out. I have it almost entirely in shade in the summer months.
