Built in china cabinet. White or navy?

I am opening up my kitchen into the dining room. The kitchen will be white shaker cabinets and white countertops. The walls of the dining room are White Sand, BM. The dining table is brown oak.
Do you think I need to paint the new built in china cabinet (which will be 8 ft long) white or do I need a pop of color?
