I am just curious about timelines. We bought a manufactured home for land that had a manufactured home on it already, electric, water, septic is all set up and they are doing a block foundation. We made our down payment on July 18, 2019. They didn't start doing work until September 3, 2019 and we are still sitting here today waiting for it to be completed. They work about every 15 days give or take depending on the week. So my question is, is this normal?!?! As it stands today they have the house on stands with the trenches dug and rebar and blocks down.
