It is hard to comment without seeing your room. Please remember that over the mirror lighting is the least desirable for applying makeup.

double vanities are 30" ? you mean, 30" , drop down vanity at 24", and another 30" vanity?

you have to post pictures, the vanities, the room, the design. how can we possibly answer you based on vague descriptions?

sconces come in all sizes. your ceiling height needs to come into play. and what about mirrors?

Also, the 24 inch section in the middle is not a drop down, it’s all going to be the same height, the middle section is going to be more storage/drawers

This is the inspiration of style for bathroom, we are doing the same floors, white tile shower walls and gold fixtures

i posted 4 diff styles of mirror and sconces. you could do anything like those, with whatever style mirror/light you choose.

you could also do lights like this over the mirrors.

or something like these... (for the middle you'd do your mirror)

if you like the inspo photo, why not just copy it?

if doing a vanity in the middle, will you have a mirror on the wall, or just have a small makeup mirror on the countertop?

and, if doing a normal 36" high vanity, how are you going to sit in the middle to do your makeup if it's not dropped? bring in a counter high stool?

take a look a these and see if you like the mirrors and / to the sconces layout. then just pick how you want and choose items that work w/that layout.

For instance, this isn't your style, but notice the mirrors over the sinks. you'd do something like that, bring in sconces you do like and have a smaller mirror for the vanity.

or, sconces on either side, and a drop down w/pull out drawer.

or, do one solid, long mirror, and go this route:

I think sconces would look great. Given your inspiration pic, I’d do a metal edged mirror(s) and sconces on either side, check out cedar and moss. It vibes with your aesthetic. You could do one huge mirror and sconces on either side, or two individual mirrors and sconces on either side and one in the middle. I’m assuming this is a pretty full gut and you are taking down Sheetrock and willing to do some new electrical?

Yes the bathroom has been completely gutted due to water damage so we are rewiring electrical completely!

If you put a mirror above each sink it does not appear that you will have enough room to put sconce on the right side of a mirror that would be above the sink that is next to the wall. A 24" wide mirror centered over that 30" sink base would have only 3" of space on each side of it. A 20" wide mirror would give you 5" on each side. You would have to find a very slim scone and it might still look crammed in there.
