I’d go for a complete contrast as the kitchen will be quite mono in colour. Perhaps orange, lime green or teal. Just something bright to give it a lift.

I love that Idea @OnePlan - I might steal it for ours, although it may be limited to seat cushions as we already have white stools.. hmmm food for thought! Would need to see if it would work with the other colours in the room... hmmmm...
