Typically, a chandelier is best between 1/2 and 2/3 the width of the table. So, your size is good at 25" in diameter. Hang it so that the bottom is 36" above the table.

It's a pretty chandelier. Because it's so open, I'm afraid it may get lost against the clock - which is the same color and also open. A piece of art above the buffet might be a better choice for your room and chandelier.

When time an budget allow, I'd also consider some panels for the sliders. It'll add some softness, which is always welcome in a dining area.
