Late Flush on a Honeybells

I have a Honeybells I've had for several years. I don't know when I bought it, but it was before my huge hosta loss. It's never done well. This year, it was a single eye (or close). It put up one scape with one flower. It was also hit repeatedly by cut worms. I thought it might have some additional problem, so I moved it to an elevated spot away from all the others. It probably got more light.

It's put out four new eyes in the last month. Our average first killing frost is November 15. Is there anything special I should do to help it along?

    I got hit with multiple cutworms this year....... I may need to elevate all my hostas and relocate them, maybe down the block next year....... lol
