Hello, I currently have an in-ground spa. I believe it would be referred to as a "drop-in" (it's not cemented). The coating from what I recall is fiberglass and needs to be redone, which a few companies have quoted to cost around $6k. My question is... does the type of spa I have now add more value to the house as opposed to if I were to level out the ground and purchase an above-ground spa?
