Just an observation. The kitchen is one of the most segregated from the living spaces, considering this is new build. It almost feels like a section of the house where "help" goes and the occupants are not involved . you can design your home to your liking but this seems very atypical and in the "new build " category, with almost anything possible, I don't know why this achieves goals for you. Of course you are facing issues w 4 walls and doorways .

Is this a typical floor plan where you live? There are a lot of inefficiencies in this plan. Here are a few thoughts...

One simple change is to put the dish drain side of your sink on the opposite side of the cooker/range; the counter between range and sink is your primary prep space, so it's best to put clean up outside that zone.

Do you need a separate, walk in storage room? Depending on your storage needs, reach in high units are often more flexible and efficient.

Thirdly, I would eliminate the corner cabinet altogether and put the range and sink on the exterior wall, moving the fridge to the interior wall. Corner cabinets are inefficient and a cooktop next to a walkway can be unsafe. Also, it's recommended to have at least 18" of clear floor space on the knob side of an inswinging door. In your plan, you're hip is likely to clip the corner of the counter to get outside.
