Need help with wall color

I'm painting the Walls of an I am painting the walls of an automotive shop--office and waiting room. The floor is a sapphire blue tile. We will be putting a chair rail up. Can anyone suggest 2 colors for the walls? I was thinking a slate blue and a lighter shade for above rail. Thanks.
