Can you resize under 100KB and post just one pic? Ones I posted yesterday were 70-83 KB.

even 60.5KB is not uploading. After clicking submit button whole page goes blank.

When you initially attached the photos to your post, they appear 'greyed out'. I think the image is uploading while it's in that state. If you click the 'submit' button while your pictures are still in that state then they don't post. You have to wait until they are done uploading.

At least, that's my theory. YMMV

It sounds like you need to make some repairs (welcome to the club). I think a new roof will help a lot. I personally am a fan to nice looking garage doors. I'm adding a single-car garage to my 1940 bungalow and after spending way too much time considering all the options, I chose to order a wood painted door through this company, below. (they came recommended. It's a family business and their sales guy was very knowledgeable and nice. They are located in San Jose if you happen to be in the Bay Area and want to check out their showroom. Yes, they have a showroom. Not all garage door companies do) FWIW, if you search here, there are some older threads where someone listed other garage door companies, like CHI.

I don't know the state of your driveway. Is it in need of repair or do you want to improve the look? You could do it but it's not cheap. The dormer on the roof also seems not cheap and may not be necessary. Can you post a pic of your house so we can see what goes with it? It may be possible to do this in stages and see how it goes. i.e. after make the repairs and say, replacing the garage doors, you may be happy. Good luck! Hopefully posting these pics on Houzz is the hardest part of the project ;)

(1) Garage roof will be matched with the roof style on the house

(2) Driveway will be removed and redone

(3) Also the railings on the bridge and on the side of the garage will be replaced with metal railings.

(4) All deck floorings will be replaced with composite (trex type) flooring

This is an extensive project. I know the type of material and work that needs to be done. I am struggling with creative ideas to improve curb appeal. I can post some of the pictures of railings , garage door ideas that I have....I just don't want to spend all the money and end up owning an ordinary looking place :)
