I am in Kansas and just bought a windmill palm in a 15 gallon container while on vacation in Florida. We brought it home and this late in the season I know I don’t want to try to put it in the ground until spring. My question is I would like to keep it indoors over the winter with a good grow light and I am wondering if anyone has any specific suggestions as to what light would be best. Unfortunately I just don’t have a good source of light from a window and will have to supplement with a grow light until I can plant her in the ground in the spring.
