Very beautiful blooms

Getting any berries? My Coppertone bloomed and I got two berries out of it. Tried to pollinate with trifasciata so can't tell till I get the seeds to germinate. Hopefully. I also hope they don't ripen till spring. Don't know how long they can stay in seed form. I head the sooner the better to plant them once they are ripe.

Stush, unfortunately I didn't get any seeds, I thought I would since they were so big. I did get some seeds off several other sans this summer. I think they take a month or two to ripen to orange but maybe the low light and cool temps will hold them until spring. I haven't tested how long they stay viable once they're ripe, if they're good until they just dry up that could be a long time.

I'm sure you have your methods for seeds. I've had them germinate just laying on top of the mix, but I usually bury to the height of the seed leaving a little of the top showing.

I read where Sans sambiranensis was taken out of Sansevieria and put back into Dracaena where it belongs. I don't know what taxonomist thought it was closer to sansevieria than dracaena, but that was a joke. Red flowers should have been the big clue, but leaves were of such thin substance that they wouldn't propagate, only wilted. It was like trying to propagate plants from Corn Plant leaves, no way.

Then I read another recent report which concluded that dracaena and sansevieria should be merged completely. I guess like there's no physical difference whatsoever.
