New Cafe Advantium (5 in 1) or CSO

Does anyone know anything about the new Advantium oven CSB913P4NW2
https://www.cafeappliances.com/appliances/csb913p4nw2/overview

It says it has a steam clean option but I guess that doesn’t mean it has a steam cook function?
We need a microwave and a toaster anyway so I thought this was a good option. I would consider getting a CSO and a speed oven but I only have room for one built in. Is there a built in microwave + steam oven combo?

I will also have a full size range.

Except for the fancy control panel and exterior, that doesn't appear any different than the GE Profile PSB9120SFSS which is $540 less.

Advantium technology is vastly more advanced than a toaster oven. It is a Speedcook oven that uses 4 heat sources at once. You would want the 240v model for the most effective/fastest cooking, not the 120v though. Though I don’t think Cafe has a 240v version yet. If you are spending $3K for something you should understand why it costs so much, and it’s not because it has a toaster feature.

    Chrisinsd, Thanks for the comment.
I would be getting the 240v.
I need a microwave. I need a toaster. I guess I’m trying to figure out if I will find extra conveniences by having the advantium or if I’ll just end up using it as a microwave and wasting money.

Tonight I made black bean burgers and sweet potato fries. Preheating the oven and cooking took almost an hour. Could i have had that food on the table in a fraction of the time with the advantium...

We have a speed oven (Miele). We pretty much use it as either a microwave or a third oven. It's very useful for both and we are happy we got it. But it's very rare that I find a good use for the speed function. The CSO is definitely more versatile.

If you don't need the microwave to be in that location (e.g. there is a good spot for it in the pantry instead), then I'd get the CSO instead. More useful overall. And then you can just buy a plain old microwave which will cost less.

Or a microwave drawer, if you have an under counter location that would be a good fit

So I decided to put the CSO in the island which leaves me with room for the advantium as well (In the original spot)
I could do a cheap microwave in an appliance garage instead of the built in...or a microwave drawer...but I don’t love the drawers.
I guess it just feels like such a splurge and unnecessary luxury so I want to justify it!
