i would do a taller lamp, and try some tall mirrors behind them. something along this line

maybe a new, lighter nightstand. ( I like the campaign style in a teal too)

the faux bamboo always looks nice painted a bold color

for sure you need a new light. chandelier.

or a sconce,,,not these in particular, but I like the way they look on the wall

I agree that’s the other wallpaper was brighter, but I just wasn’t settled on it for this room. I have kept that paper for another room however in the future.

Opinions on this fabric? It came as drapery when I bought the house, I removed it for more simple curtains. But I always loved the pattern, what if I framed it for this bedroom?

I wouldn't be happy with those seams. And I think this room needs some black. And some gold. And maybe some light wood.
