Hi there! What a pretty bedroom! I think replacing the vertical blinds is an excellent idea and will really help elevate the space. I would recommend bamboo roman shades on the windows behind the bed and then 2 panels on the sliding door (2 panels to keep the functionality of the door). Arlo cordless bamboo shades in petite rustic are a perfect neutral backdrop that add warmth and texture. I would also add some medium weight linen drapery panels in a pretty white/off-white color to the door to soften it and add a sophisticated finished layer. You could get some really nice ones that are blackout lined from pottery barn. Also look there for a black or oil-rubbed bronze rod - you can do a simple finial like a small ball or just an end-cap, or even better a French return which help brings the drapes around the window to block light out even more.

You could certainly add the drapes to the windows on either side of the bed for more drama but just adding the matching shades is a simpler, but still cohesive look. You’re choice. I recommend inside mount on the shades if you can for a more custom look. And hang drapery panels in the top third of the space between the ceiling and the top of the door trim.
