Can’t decide for dining table

I have a small space (very small), and my kitchen counter is directly next to the dining area. I’m not sure if i should get a circle (glass) table or rectangle(probably up against the wall) , and if i should get counter height? or regular height, since the table will be directly next to the counter which is 36”.
