Sorry to say, it's unlikely from the remaining plant as one has to cut off the rot. I expect when you cut off the bottom & try to cut back to clear tissue, the plant will come apart in your hand as you'll have to cut the base off which holds the leaves together.

You could probably save the upper 2/3s of the leaves & pot those up to restart the plant, sorry.

When you cut off all the rotted sections remember to let the cut end heal and dry for about two days before putting it in soil. I would go with pure perlite in a glass filled to about 1 inch. Keep moist but now wet. When you start to see roots, you can pot up in your potting mix like regular. I would say you got a 50/50 chance with this one. Like Karen said, you will be cutting thru the whole crown section and end up with pieces. Try to keep in a warm spot.
