Is Your Houzz App Working?

For months, I have been unable to open all of my Idea Books from within the app. I can open them only from my browser. Technical support hasn't resolved this issue even after multiple reports.
Today, the app won't open Houzz at all. Is anyone else experiencing issues with the app?

I am experiencing an issue with notifications links not working in the iPad app. The other I wouldn’t know as I don’t do much with the other stuff.I keep waiting for it to resolve in an update, but it hasn’t yet.

@Lindsey R., as I stated in my OP, "Technical support hasn't resolved this issue even after multiple reports." The help department hasn't helped me, either. I'm in communication with Haoyu Chen, but still haven't had resolution.
