I don't understand this shower arrangement. Why isn't it tall enough to stand under? Who would choose to wash their hair crouching or one handed? I can't see another higher attachment. I wondered if it was for a wheelchair user but the sinks and bath don't look suitable for that.

Looks like a waterfall shower head at the top.
