First of all, beautiful kitchen. I do see that the fan and table does look out of place given the color scheme of the kitchen.

Here are my suggestions:

• Your island seems to have a grey base. If that is the case, consider going with tables and chairs that has a nice white/grey mix.
• A glass pendant chandelier that takes up no more than 30-50 % of the table would tie the look all together.

Since the kitchen is viewed through this wall opening, it seems like the fixture should be minimal as to not block the view.
