Beautiful! I have tried this rose more than 8 times. I found them at Tractor Supply stores. They don’t like the cold here. I even planted a few in the rose tree pots and put them away in the garage during the winter months, they didn’t make it but the rose trees did. I don’t regret I have tried this rose in the ice hole. It’s such a pretty rose.

Summers, Peter Schneider wrote that there is one "masquerading" as PN that's sold at big box stores. I've seen it bagged at Menards, but don't know if it's the imposter or not. I now wonder which one most people have. His is hardy to zone 5.

All mine were from 2 Tractor Supply stores in NY. They were planted in zone 5a PA. Maybe I have to try it again. Lol

How do you keep the blooms so upright ? Mine always weighs down.

Maybe mine is older or possibly because I grow it on the pyramid. I wrap those long arms around and it throws off the laterials like a climber, lots of them. I cut off any weak growth. I have read that potash helps strengthen stems. I have not used it but friends have put it on weak stems OGRoses with success. I also add epsom salt about 2-3 times a year for more breaks. Heck it is probably good luck. Glad everyone likes my PN makes me proud. Spring in Dallas takes little effort just sit back and watch them grow. I will say that my Paul is rarely without a bloom and it doesn't get full sun, maybe 5 hrs. and that back side none at all beside which my entire garden in on the North. I chase the sun always. Summer blooms not as pretty or as many... fewer petals, still larger not not as-large, color still great though.
