Sweet Treat Pluerry Pruning?

I am on the 8b/9a line in Louisiana, over the last few years I have been planting a number of stone fruit trees to replace old fruit trees which had died off, just under 2 years ago I added a Sweet Treat Pluerry, and now that the leaves have mostly fallen I can see that it grew a tremendous amount in one year, in fact it is now about 25% larger than the Flavor Grenade Pluot I planted 3 years ago, and nearly double the size of the other stone fruit that were planted at the same time (a SpiceZee Nectaplum and a Weeping Santa Rosa Plum).

So I am wondering how aggressive I should be with the pruning given this high growth rate?
