My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ceiling heights in house and dining room

I'm wondering about ceiling heights in dining room especially. I love the baseboards as well as the millwork flourish on the molding. I'm wondering as to ceiling heights needed to carry. These don't look tremendously high.

    Great job with this whole property! My tastes generally run more modern/contemporary, but this is the perfect transitional renovation. I'd love to replicate this in a property, but it has 9 ft ceilings, and these baseboards and molding additions might overwhelm the rooms.
