That looks like a 27” cabinet to the right of the window, and an 18” one to the left? I think you could use a blind corner instead of the diagonal corner and get symmetry around the window, with glass there on both cabinets. It depends on what is on the right side.

Otherwise, using glass emphasizes the size imbalance. Go with the solid if that can’t be tweaked.
