Guest bath remodel

We've just bought a house and we're remodeling everything before moving in. I've always had an eye for design and have done a few decorating projects. But have never done a bathroom remodel before. In this house the new bathrooms were an exciting challenge for me. There are two. But as we're remodeling everything, we sure have a budget. In my best knowledge, style and in budget I've picked tiles and colors that are not matchy matchy but pulled together. I wanted the both baths to be different from one another, but to have timeless beauty for when we decide to resell. So for the guest bath, we picked taupish somewhat textured floor tile, white with taupe marble streeks polished wall tile and white with silver glass mosaic tile for an accent. For the both bathrooms we stayed in 3 different tiles max. I thought of a warmer (somewhat brownish) bathroom with silver pop. The original idea was an accent in horizontal strip a little higher than the middle of the wall, over the tub. Then I listened to other people's opinion that a horizontal strip might be outdated, and I didn't want to do a vertical one in the middle as we did that in our gray master's shower. So I thought of a square shape in the middle over the tub and wanted to play with tiles to see if I like it or not. Well, for my husband and our tiles installer that meant "a go". They proceeded without me knowing, and now I'm dissappointed in the results. I'm afraid my pretty, airy, elegant and sleek tiles just look like a blob in the middle of the wall and don't look pulled together with the rest of the wall tiles. I am hoping for a feedback that it doesn't look so bad, or should I have them rip it off and redo it?? Thanks so much!! Ps. The picture shows right after the installation, the grout will be white.
