You need lamps I prefer drapes in bedrooms for a more polished elegant feel and I would run them wall to wall on the taht wall and I happen to love gray bedrooms. I would however do a much more tailored bedding.This has always been one of my favorite ones

I’d do panels (possibly with shade or blinds under) on the big window, and shades on the others.

You have pattern in the room, but I don't see a lot of texture or color. I'd opt for waffle-weave textured draperies in an accent color (soft teal, lime green, yellow?), add textured pillows and a chair throw in the same color family, and put a large piece of art over the bed with the accent as the dominant color.
