Help! Bathtub stains

I feel like I have tried everything to get these stains out... not sure what they are.. I have tried, paste suggestions (i.e vinegar/baking soda, barkeepers friend/water), plethora of cleaners, bought a cleaning attachment for my drill to scrub harder but nothing seems to make a dent. any suggestions?
