My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

That is our 8" Aragon color, take a look here https://craftfloor.com/product/aragon/ However, the floor above does have a lot more sapwood than our current Aragon, which will have a variation of the heartwood and sapwood mix.
