What are the cubes for? Is your closet a reach in or walk in what are you using the shelf for ?IMO the best is to have as few pieces as possible in small room so anything that can go into the closet should go there and anything that sicks out from the wall should be gone unless absolutely necessary .I think as far a s bed placement you don’t have much choice

I think it could work centered on the longer wall. It would give you room for 2 smaller nightstands and you could put your cubes where the bed is now.

The headboard needs to go on the 88” wall. Beds against the wall are for children who might still roll out of them

I would put the bed on the 88"entered, That is how we have our guest room. This gives room on both sides to get around the bed. Then we have room for some dressers plus one nightstand.

Consider removing the closet doors and replace with a folding door.

You may be able to replace entry door with pocket door.

Invest in plain block-out drapes. There are lots of decent ones to be had for not much money.

Hang on 133" wall. You can still have access to the window.
