I know these are not cheap but the width and height would be really great on your table...love the bit of color too....the Extra width is what you need...you may have luck at home goods just keep and eye out...these are both from Birch Lane.

The price is no problem and I have some gift cards to use. :) Those are both beautiful and love the color.

I think 6 chairs at the table is too many. I bought the table and chairs separately and got 6 chairs to have two extra. But the table did not come with 6. Side note, if I center the table under the light, it is not centered on the rug....I need to try moving the rug.

It's a lovely dining room and seems very traditional. Do you have a good sense of humor? If so, consider reproductions of vintage food/nutrition/eating posters put out by the government or food companies. You could do a gallery wall of them or just a couple of larger ones to replace what you have now. Here are some links:

Becky how often do you need the extra chairs? If only a couple times a year..maybe find a easy access storage area for them...it looks nice without them against the wall..

Yep, already planning to do that! I moved the table back to its previous placement. It gives the chairs more room. Thanks for the help! Feel like the room is perfect now. 🙂

I am not starting a new thread because my foyer is open to my dining room and thus these pics need to flow/work with the DR/LR. My sister in law gave me these botanicals and the only place I can use them is in the foyer. They go well with the rug. @HomeInteriorswithEase--what do you think? There is a 4th one but the glass is cracked. I could have the glass replaced if I need 4. The only other room in my house that is yellow is an upstairs bedroom and I already like the art--there is no room for more.

A few more. Is it ok for the foyer to have totally different colors than the rest of the main level??

The three pieces of art fit the entry well, and a grouping of three is better than four. Art does not need to "match" your rug, or anything else. Do you like the botanicals? Is that the first thing you want people to see when entering your home? Personally, I would look for brighter, fresher, art for that space. But the botanicals work there if you like them.

Hi Becky..I would replace the glassOn the broken one and stack all four in foyer..they will look great and pull eye up. I like the warm tone looking from the dining room😍

I assume it is correct to center them between the stairs and the front door and not between the plant and the front door? I was trying to take into account that when the door is open, I don't want a picture covered up by the door. Make sense? Thanks!
