Kristine, you have some lovely ones, and some of my favorites. I have Memorial Day, but I’ve had some trouble getting one going, but I do love it, both the blooms and the fragrance. I love your Olivia Austin Rose too. I have one of those ordered, just hope I start having more success with Austins.

Ken, I really love your Scepter’d Isle, that’s one gorgeous rose. I always admire your roses a lot.

Vaporvac, I love seeing your lovely pinks too, you have some good ones, your Belinda’s Dream and Aloha look so pretty. I know Zaide is considered pink, but mine seems more apricot/orange most of the time, same with Savannah, love them both though.

kathy, I love your old fashion beauties. Your Yolande d’Aragon is gorgeous. La France is a favorite of mine, love your Editor McFarland, such a pretty shade of pink.

Yes, Seil! I remember asking you about yours. I'm keeping mine as a permanent pot pet. It is one rose that I seem to manage growing in one without killing it. Definitely for a warmer zone... I'm think at least 7. It gets die-back even in cold-storage!

OT, but does anyone else have the issue of their photos being cut-off and resolution down-graded?

I wasn’t really looking for more pink roses, but came across this picture of American Beauty, which only bloomed once in the spring.

Is AB normally a once bloomer? I have lots more pink roses if you want to see more! LOL! : ))

Vaporvac, this one is the Hybrid Perpetual, in its second season. It has been a weak grower so far, but it is supposed to bloom in flushes. Hopefully it will improve and then I’ll know for sure how often it blooms.

I love seeing everyone’s roses. I cannot wait for spring to arrive! I am new to roses and am sure I’ll be hounding all of you for help. I live in MD and in the short time I’ve had mine, they’ve gotten chomped by critters. I’ll try to do better this year. Happy 2020 everyone. Keep posting your beautiful pink roses!

Thank you Sarah. It was totally fortuitous. A friend gave me some irises but his neighbor was throwing out and didn't even know what colors they were so I just planted them there and hope for the best! I couldn't have planned it better frankly. The little white poly is Lind .

Vaporvac, I was wondering about the white rose, it’s very attractive too. I don’t have any Polyanthas, probably should try some, they’re charming.

La Rose de Molinard.. It’s salmon pink,, very bright. It took me a while to get used to, but it’s currently my favorite. It smells great and is from Palatine.

My Leveson Gower is having a nice Florida Fall flush. The plant is a weird shape but that's mostly because I have held back pruning him hard. He is starting to put on some decent growth and bloom more so maybe I'll give him some shaping after this bloom cycle.

Belinda's Dream is a work horse and very clean. I love the scent.

Summer Romance. My shrubs are...... not lovely..... but the blooms are glorious. I cut him back hard and am going to move him into the backyard.

Yes Kristine I really love that rose and it does so well in my dry heat it amazes me. It's one of the roses that came with my house so I'm not 100% certain of its ID but I really believe that I have it right. It's like a perfect rose to me it's the perfect hot pink and the form of the blooms is so lovely.

Suncoastflowers, I love all your photos! Does your Summer Romance act like a climber like mine does? I am also debating moving mine.

Yes! I cut it back hard and it shoots out 6 ft plus canes. It mostly blooms in the ends too. I am thinking of putting them st the back of the property and letting it just letting it turn into a huge pink lump.

Mine has a prime spot right now and its a good bloomer but there isnt really room for a climber right there. Its canes are really thick and thorny too and a few got up to 10ft but then kinda fell over in a walkway. I dont look forward to moving it. I did cut the worst canes way back

Are your 'Summer Romances' grafted? I'm in a much colder zone and I know that will make a (BIG) difference, but I'm debating getting this one and wondering if she might behave better own-root.

Mine are quite THAT big, but still vigorous as own roots. reaching about 6- by seasons end. One (of two) is definitely much larger that the other which drove me nuts until I realized it was just an opportunity to plant a small rose in front of it. This rose welcomes a hard prune and I've often wondered if I should just be more ruthless after the first flush. I may experiment this year. they were two of my first roses bought from Chamblee in 2016!!!

Mine is grafted.

I am 99% sure mine are grafted. He LOOOOVES to be pruned. I procrastinated and didn't dig him up quickly enough after I pruned and he has leafed all the way back it and is covered in new red growth. I have five in a hedge.
