My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    is a very classic Italian coffee machine design which many companies make.

    its not a rocket. the badge is partly blocked but it says "C..ni"

    This may actually be a Rocket Espresso Machine. The Older Rocket Espresso Cellini Classic machines have the "Cellini" Badge on the lower right side of the machine as this one does. The badge is black or silver on the American versions but based on the power connection this machine looks like a 220V version and is likely an Italian/European unit. This would likely account for the different badging.
